Ten Questions to Ask a Prospective Usability Research Partner

You know this scenario: You’re in a team meeting, and someone starts to pontificate about his philosophy on [insert customer experience fail here] and the impact it has. Inside your head, you say, “Yes. It exists. I’ve been pushing an adjustment of the UX here for ages. Let’s be solution-orientated! Let’s hire help! Let’s get this story over with so I can eat that amazing Seoul Reuben sandwich on soft rye with sweet Asian ginger sauce….”

I digress. When it comes to determining which avenue or partner to trust to help exceed your customers’ expectations, the process can be daunting, which is often why this path is discussed at length, but never pushed.

You need a nudge. You want to better understand which questions are important to ask and which qualities to look for when choosing your usability partner. That’s why my team at Key Lime Interactive has developed a free whitepaper to simplify this process. This resource will give you the 10 necessary components to assess when you’re picking a partner, as well as a customizable checklist of criteria you can use to evaluate all partners.
